Hennessey's Tavern offering breakfast, lunch & dinner daily.
Located on the corner of the Hermosa Beach strand is the token Irish pub, Hennessey's Tavern. With its patio, open air second floor, and good size interior dining area, it can easily accommodate large groups. The patio is a great place to sit back and people watch, plus it's dog friendly. The upper deck overlooks the ocean, an excellent place to just enjoy the salty sea air, the sand, and sea. If you want to watch the big game, the indoor dining area and bar is perfect for just that.
Unlike most bars, Hennessey's serves breakfast and even has a buy one get one free promotion on Tuesdays. The breakfast menu includes eggs benedict, Irish inspired entrees, omelettes, and oatmeal among other items.
Soups, sandwiches, salads, and burgers are available on the menu for lunch. The dinner menu showcases Irish food such as shepherd's pie and corned beef and cabbage. Select dinner items are only $10 on the early bird menu from 4-7 pm. Happy Hour is from 4-7pm from Monday - Friday and features $5.00 Bacardi mojitos, $2.50 bud light draft, and $1.00 off house wines by glass to name a few.
