A family owned and run ice cream parlor that has been around since 1919 and has been scooping out ice cream, making sundaes and shakes for people of all ages for the past 91 years.
Their ice cream is made on premises with the highest quality products and is preservative free! You can’t go wrong. They have over 40 flavors to pick from and jars of nostalgic candies for you to buy by the pound. Did you know Jelly Belly’s got their first introduction to the American public at Fosselman’s? And they still carry it to this day in the salt water taffy section.
But it’s still the ice cream that everyone comes into the store for. There is no doubt that you will soon become one of the faithful fans eagerly awaiting your turn to tell them what you’re craving. But before you order, you have the opportunity to gaze upon all the colorful tubs of ice cream, wondering which new flavor you might want to tantalize your palate with. Or if you are a creature of habit, you quickly give your order, palms sweating, anticipating the hand off of your favorite cone or shake. Whatever the case, you know that you can never just drive by without stopping for something cold and delicious.
Right now one of the featured flavors is Wild Mtn Black Raspberry, which is terrific as a sundae paired with Dutch chocolate, raspberry sauce, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry on top. So pack up the kids, maybe a friend or two, or perhaps even just go by yourself, because there is no shame in getting an ice cream cone all by yourself. Be prepared, the parking lot does get full, but there is also street parking available. Lucky for you, they’ve got new summer hours and are open till 11:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights!
