Denton County’s menu features 1/3 pound burgers—Old Fashion, Cheese Burger, Chili Burger, and Hickory Burger. After ordering your choice of burger, you can serve yourself to a helping of fries and beans. Ask for a side of cheese and you will receive a heaping cup of shredded cheddar cheese to melt over your burger and fries. Then, you can choose from eight flavors of Blue Bell ice cream to finish off your meal.
If you are not in the mood for a burger, Denton County offers other fare, including chicken fried steak, steak sandwiches, chicken breast sandwiches, and hot dogs. There is even a Diet Plate that includes a chicken breast or beef patty and endless trips to the salad bar. Prices range from $4.00 to $9.00 depending on whether you order only a burger or a meal that includes sides and a drink.
The rustic décor displays red and white checkered tablecloths, vintage signs covering the walls, and other antiquities. While the dining area is nothing fancy, the mouth-watering hickory-smoked burgers, home-style French fries, and friendly service will leave you longing to go back.
Denton County offers a second location in the Sunset Center. This location has a drive-thru window.

Greatest burger place ever - from taste, service to price! Coupons for free fries in the DRC Value Pages magazine just down Hickory from the location on the square.
If you're getting cheese fries, order your meal 'to go' and let the cheese melt in the box for best results. ;)
