You big Meathead.

Tom Jednorowicz--the genius behind the massive success of chain empires Einstein Bros. Bagels and Potbelly's Sandwich Works--is doing it again. This time, it's all about meat. Jednorowicz is overseeing the growth and development of Meat Heads Burgers and Fries--a new joint that boasts of 'a burger with integrity,' 'french fries with guts,' and 'a place in the community.' Honestly, I'm crossing my fingers that Meat Heads becomes the midwest's In-N-Out Burger. Take that west coast! Can you taste THIS quality?

My apologies California--no hard feelings. At least we have Portillo's. Anyways, Meat Heads has sure enough won a place in the heart of the Naperville community. Voted best burger in Naperville Magazine this year, the second installment of this chain is appearing to be great a success and a new local favorite. In fact, the new chain is doing so well that Jednorowicz expects to open three to five new locations in the next year.

However, as another burger joint, Meat Heads has got some competition from crowd favorites such as Five Guys, Sullivan's, and The Lantern. However, the food, management, design, and service take Meat Heads one step beyond typical fast food. The dining area is tasteful, with clean surfaces, black and white photographs, and creative lighting. Fresh toppings can be added at no charge, your food is brought to your table, and there are more options on the menu than just burgers. Also, no rush--take your time eating, and you don't even have to tip the employee who brings you your order. Furthermore, the management is incredibly open to customer feedback, thus the addition of a new chicken sandwich to the menu just last month. So provide some feedback--they're more than willing to hear it.

Hey, if you're not that hungry, you can just get the Lil' Meat Head and be not ashamed about it. Extra toppings and sauces can customize a burger to satisfy any meat head, from sauerkraut, avocado, roasted red peppers, or pineapple. But seriously, consider getting the Cajun Sunrise--bacon, fried egg, Monterey Jack, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese sauce. Also, look out for the creative signature sauces available, such as cucumber wasabi, horseradish dijon, or bacon ranch. Mmmm, bacon.

So there you have it, you big Meat Heads. The prices are convenient, the decorations classy, and the meat juicy. So go with your friends, have some burgers, and crack silly jokes about their name through mouthfuls of meat.

Go forth, one and all, and meet your meat.
