
Victory beer dinner at sola
On Wednesday, September 16th, 2009, Chef Carol Wallack and Chef de Cuisine Alex Shalev will be hosting a Victory Beer Dinner. The menu will feature five delectable courses, each paired with complementing Victory Beers. Menu items include Dashi and Beer Steamed Mussels and Shrimp, crispy mushrooms, leeks, cilantro and bread; Green City Market Melon and Basil Salad, chili oil; Seared Duck Breast, duck confit potsticker, baby bok choy, parsnip, pears, quinoa, 5-spice; Grilled Sturgeon, peppercorns, macademia pesto, squash, swiss chard, black rice, bacon and sweet soy and for dessert and a delicious traditionalHawaiian Malasada with hot fudge, cocoa nibs, vanilla-stout ice cream, hazelnut brittle and wild strawberry.
The dinner is $65.00 excluding tax and gratuity and will begin at 6:30 p.m.
