Want to learn to cook like a pro? Then the Baltimore International College is the places for you with the new spring semester Food Enthusiast Classes.
Baltimore International College (BIC) is again offering a full array of non-credit, continuing education cooking and baking classes and demonstrations taught in the evenings by experienced BIC chef instructors at the Culinary Arts Center. These classes will begin in February and go through the spring, and cover an extremely wide variety of topics on food, wine and dessert.
BIC is offering classes for all levels of amateur cooks and food enthusiasts, from cooking demonstrations, holiday demonstrations, to baking classes and hands-on learning classes for varied ethnic cooking.
These classes are perfect for the busy adult because they are offered in the evening and each class is only meets once, allowing you the flexibility to pick which classes fit into your schedule. Some of the interesting classes include Food and Beer Pairing, Chesapeake Bay/Game Cooking, and Valentine’s Day Dinner For Two/Aphrodisiac Foods.
