The specials reflect The Capital Grille’s modern take on classic Northwest cuisine, focusing on authentic, quality ingredients from the region plus fresh Fall Favorites with a Creative Twist
Enjoy dishes such as Seared Halibut with Harvest Vegetables and Tenderloin of Beef with Morel Mushrooms.
The Pacific Northwest is also known for excellent wines and The Capital Grille’s own Master Sommelier, George Miliotes, has hand-selected several choices to accompaniment this special autumn meal. Guests can choose Willakenzie Pinot Noir from Oregon, or Cold Creek Merlot from Washington’s Chateau Ste. Michelle.
