Crabologist Donald Manning will answer these questions and more at Crabology 101, an educational culinary event that is part of Harborplace’s 30th Anniversary celebration. The event is free and open to the public. Recipes and samplings will be available.

How many crab cakes can one person eat in 3½ minutes? Come can see for yourself as crab cake lovers compete for top prize in Phillips Crab Cake Eating Contest. Prizes include a crab feast for six at Phillips Harborplace restaurant and all participants will receive a $30 gift certificate to Phillips.
