The other Canton Square bars and restaurants join in, and the result is Baltimore's most raucous St. Patrick's Day celebration. O'Donnell Street is shut down to traffic, so pedestrians - with beers in hand - rule the square. Outdoor beer tents, live music, and an Irish good.
