The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co., who was just recognized for having the best bagels in South Florida and is tied to legendary talk show host, Larry King, is bringing Brooklyn bagels to Maryland. Using propriety water technology to create Brooklynized™ water, the company allows its franchises to produce a distinctive Brooklyn bagel anywhere in the world Based in Boca Raton, Fla., the company appointed Bob Ammon from Arnold, MD, as a new development agent for the eastern Maryland region.
“The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co.’s brilliant concept and strong executive team drew my interest to the company,” Ammon said. “Coming from New York, I know what a real bagel should taste like- and this is the real deal!”
“Bob’s savvy business knowledge and passion for food preparation makes him a great addition to our team,” said Steven M. Fassberg, president and chief executive officer of The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. “With Bob in Maryland, we plan on opening 25 restaurants in the area by the end of 2017.”
Ammon plans on opening the first location in Baltimore, Md., near the University of Maryland Medical Center.
