In the September issue of Bon Appétit names the Top 10 Best New Restaurants in their 16th Annual Restaurant Issue- and guess what a Baltimore restaurant made that list.
Bon Appétit states that the country's hottest restaurants represent all the best things about American dining today which is fresh food that is affordable, casual and creative.
The local Baltimore restaurant is Woodberry Kitchen and they say the dish to try is the Spiced Pear Flatbreads with Goat Cheese and Mustard Cream. Check out the Spiced Pear Flatbreads with Goat Cheese and Mustard Cream recipe they shared.
Last Ocotober a few of the Baltimore area food bloggers went out for dinner together at Woodberry Kitchen and really enjoyed ourselves (this was before many of us were on examiner.com). So the photos I used for this post are from that night. Check out the post from out night out.
