The Four Seasons Hotel Miami Sunday Brunch with Unlimited Champagne from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to starting brunch with mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys and unlimited Champagne, this lavish brunch offers a varied selection of traditional breakfast stations, a raw bar with oysters, shrimp, crab and a variety of sushi rolls, dumplings with traditional dipping sauces for a taste of Asia; salads and cold antipasti; a risotto and pasta station and an extensive cheese display of international varieties and award winning artisanal American cheeses. Talula’s Sunday Brunch Buffet, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. A bucolic garden patio setting with carving station, hot prepared foods (chicken, fresh local fish, pasta) – waffles, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage, hash browns all prepared by husband and wife team of star chef-owners Andrea Curto-Randazzo and Frank Randazzo. The Betsy Hotel on South Beach is offering Sunday Brunch at the Betsy every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.. The eclectic menu features BLT Steak Chef Tourondel’s take on classic brunch items as well as signature dishes from BLT’s lunch menu and South Florida-inspired specialties. The $24 prix fixe menu gives guests a complimentary Bloody Mary, Mimosa or White Peach Bellini and a selection of main plates including: BLT Popover Poached Eggs, a classic eggs Benedict served with spinach, ham, bacon, Béchamel and gruyere cheese on BLT’s signature popovers; the SoBe Burrito with cheddar scrambled eggs, peppers, black beans and onion-tomato salsa; Ham & Cheese "Croque Monsieur" and the certified Black Angus Burger with hand-cut French fries. Bizcaya at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. Sunday Brunch at Bizcaya puts on the Ritz: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a gorgeous spread that winds its way from Bizcaya’s entrance, along the perimeter of the entire restaurant, to the terrace with cascading waterfall. Brunch is expansive: with the traditional breakfast station, stations laden with charcuteries, tapas and imported cheeses, raw bar, caviar station and salads.
