Dreaming of becoming a Hawaiian landowner - here's your chance

For decades people in search of an out-of-the-ordinary gift have been naming stars for each other, with the inclusion of a map of the sky showing exactly which star belongs to them.

Now consumers can give the gift of Hawaii to each other - for just $9.99 per square foot.

OwnMaui.com  is now selling a beautiful land holding on the island of Maui and they are selling it one square foot at a time.

Real estate broker Froyam Edel decided to apportion his property into one square foot parcels and sell deeds to each piece. That way many could both fulfill the dream of owning a piece of the Island and have a hand in its conservation.

Anyone who buys a one square foot parcel gets an artistically designed deed by Cynthia Conrad prominent Maui artist, which would give legal title to all Grantees. This legal deed is a fun novelty gift or award which is suitable for many occasions.

Edel bought a parcel of land which had been covered with jungle weeds, plants and junk, and discovered a view of a gorgeous waterfall.  Although the beautiful coastal property should have sold quickly, the sudden downturn of the real estate market meant buyers were few. Edel says a vision helped him decide to sell the land by the square foot  (priced from $9.99 to $36.99)to preseve the property on Maui's Hana coast.

We decided that a little old weekend wasn’t enough, we want to share our paradise for longer!
So we're giving away a WEEK stay at the Castle ... instead of only a weekend.
Please share this: winhawaiianhome dot com
We made it “mo betta” 8-)
Aloha and Mahalo. In a climate of bad news, foreclosure, economic downturn, recession and other ugly and depressing words that bombard us daily, an inspirational story based on either of these words will win this custom-built, never-lived-in Hawaii dream home. This concept deserves a look to inspire Americans. And for those in climates of FREEZING weather… well, the chance to live in paradise…?
AmeriCANS are coming up with creative ways to help ourselves (no bailout here), others (winner of the home) and our local schools (the beneficiaries of a substantial donation who are depending on our success.) There is a 1 in 6000 chance of winning the home – better than ANY state lottery.
We’ve offered Oprah an exclusive to award the home and the donation to the schools on her show. We can only hope she accepts.
Help us make history and not be a victim of the economy!
PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD! We CANNOT be successful UNLESS people know about it.
Feel free to share this … actually - PLEASE… share this…. And come visit us in paradise…the castle is on the front of our community and our doors are always open. Aloha and Mahalo! A hui ho, John Williams
