Our country, lurching from crisis to crisis continues to be the foundation of freedom and culture, tolerance, and goodness that it always has been.
People are active, aware, full of caring and vigor to protect the Constitution and the essential qualities of the United States that have always made the US the great experiment in freedom and liberty of the world. Here, I will show you an example.
On the 25th of September a public all-day event of “Islamic prayer” will be held in Washington, DC. The event is scheduled to take place in front of the capitol building, according to the event's organizers, and will begin very early in the morning and run into the evening. The organizers plan on 50,000 Muslims attending. They have a large budget some 200k according to their web site.
Prayer in a Mosque is one matter, Islamic prayer in front of the Capitol of the great kafir country of the world is quite another.
This event is a political event, not a religious event, and must therefore be opposed.
Islam is an entire civilization not only a religion. Islam's purpose is to grow and expand so that the entire world is under Islamic control. The doctrine of Islam is clear on this point. Those who are not Muslim, the kafir (or unbeliever) are considered the lowest form of life in Islam. Allah and Mohammed hate the kafir, therefore all Muslims must hate them as well. To not follow the commands of Allah and Mohammed is apostasy (a Muslim who has left Islam); apostasy in Islam is punishable by death.
Muslims are slaves of Allah and Mohammed; Mohammed and Allah are only found in the doctrine of Islam. Mohammed and Allah hate the kafirs, the unbelievers, so all Muslims must do the same. This is clear logic.
Islam is a political ideology of conquest and control. The purpose of Islam is to ensure that Sharia law is implemented across the world. This is the only way that "dar al-Islam" (a world under Islam) is brought about. Islam is at war with unbelievers everywhere forever until dar al-Islam is achieved.
I have no interest in living under Sharia Law, nor should you; I have no desire to ever wear a burkha or niqab nor should you. If Muslims want to live under Sharia Law in their own countries, that is their affair. Sharia Law and the doctrine of Islam are contrary to the freedoms and rights that are guaranteed to us in the Constitution. I support our Constitution and therefore must oppose political Islam.
I oppose the growth of Sharia everywhere, particularly in the United States. Islam is foundationally opposed to American democracy. The conflict with Islam is existential.
This demonstration of Islamic power in the United States on the 25th at the Capitol should be opposed by all reasonable Americans, folks who love freedom, liberty, tolerance, and equal rights. Islam is a supremacist ideology.
A new organization is dedicated to educating the American people about the dangers of Islam, its purposes, ideologies, jihad, sharia, etc. In addition, this group is not afraid to step up and defend the Constitution and expose a political event of an opposing ideology for what it is when the necessity arises.
Stop Islamization of America (SIOANETWORK.COM) is associated with groups across the world with the same mission, to oppose the growth and spread of the Islamic political ideology which is determined to overthrow our freedoms, religions, and cultures.
Kendra Adams is the founder of this organization. This is a group of brave scholars of Islam, grass roots students and activists, patriotic Americans all who study the doctrine of Islam and the appalling atrocities that the adherents of the "religion of peace" do on account of that doctrine.
Will the Muslims on the 25th of September condemn jihad? Will they dedicate themselves to the security and prosperity of Americans and other non-believers? Will they proclaim their affinity for the kafir laws of the United States? They cannot do this because their doctrine prevents them from doing this. Their doctrine states quite clearly that no law, no culture, no country, no religion other than Islam can be allowed to exist anywhere in the world.
The purpose of this "prayer event" at the United States Capitol is to demonstrate their power, present a false picture of a "religion of peace", and to advertise across the land for converts. It is Sunna (the Way of Mohammed, the path that all Muslims everywhere are to follow forever) to issue an invitation to non-believers to join Islam for "protection". If the invitation is refused (we have already refused bin Laden's pre-911 "invitation") Islam is in a state of active jihad (warfare against the unbeliever for Allah) against the host country and kafir culture.
This is a call for support.
I hope you will join us on the 25th of September and rally the country around us. Those whose doctrine requires the destruction of the United States, whose jihad against us and all non-Muslims everywhere is fully documented and understood, whose adherents committed the greatest atrocity against Americans in our history, 9/11 will see that Americans understand their purposes and their motivations. We are not fooled; Islam is no “religion of peace”.
We understand takiyah (sacred deception). We know that Muslims are commanded to never befriend a Jew or a Christian, or any non-Muslim because to do so is to be one of "them" (a great sin in Islam). We know that there is an exception to this rule in the doctrine - when it aids in the growth and power of Islam such relationships are "not forbidden".

I was browsing around the Examiner and I was surprised to see such a blatantly ignorant attempt to teach others about what Islam is and its intentions. Anyone who has ever had a Muslim friend or co-worker would know the simple fact that the majority of Muslims are kind productive citizens of this country and are not part of a secret attempt to "control" this country or the world. You also assert the point that somehow being Muslim is anti-constitutional. Isn't there something in there about "freedom of religion"?
To clarify for you da'wah does not mean "conversion". Da‘wah means literally "issuing a summons" or "making an invitation", being the active verb meaning "to summon, to invite".
As a Muslim and Arab American I'd like to state that my grandfather on my mom's side was a Captain in the US Navy who fought for this country & my grandfather on my fathers side loved this country and made frequent visits.

Muslims are not a part of some "Skull & Bones" society. All that there is to learn about one of the world's largest religions is only a few miles away at the Muslim Community Center in Santa Clara off Scott Blvd or at the Zaytuna Institute in Hayward.

And, the purpose of Islam is to further Islam until the entire world is under dar al Islam. I didn't write it; Mohammad did. As long as hate-mongers gather their soundbytes from the mass media engine, there will be a disparity of facts and truths. Until someone has immersed themselves in the community and experienced what happens in the normative cycle of communication, human interaction, worship, study and community participation, they will continue to spin the 'public enemy' song and dance. "Until you walk a mile in my shoes..." Just as it would be unfair for someone to judge what any other faith based community does based on propaganda that is being spread. Remove the propaganda and step into the community. It's so easy to get riled up because there is a huge wave of mistrust and anger there. I would like to share a suggestion: why don't we all go back to our faith leaders (Jesus, Buddha, Moses, Abraham, etc.) and follow their leadership and their examples. Would they hate? Adam, you are disingenuous. The sunna is what is permitted and forbidden in Islam. Anything Mohammad did is good and permitted, and anything he said not to do, is forbidden. Jihad is required of all muslims. In Bukhari 97% of the jihad references are about war and only 3% are about the inner struggle. Jihad can be warfare, by pen, by mouth, by money. All are required to participate in Jihad, although one is not forced to do warfare. Even islam charity funds jihad.
Nothing you can say changes the fact that Islam is an ideology of barbarism, cruelty and conquest. Mohammad ordered jihad until dar al Islam. Only then will there be peace, according to your doctrine. Until then, we are in the house of war, or dar al harb.

Christianity and Judaism have ongoing reformations. Furthermore, any violence by Christians have always been a MISAPPLICATION of theology-- since there is NOTHING in the doctrine to permit any violence. Moreover, it is not stated that Aishah was born just immediately before the advent of Islam.Tabari talks of her birth as being ‘during days of ignorance’,which seems to suggest that it was not right at the end of that period in history.So,if Aishah was born as much as 2 or 3 years before the end of Ignorance, then it is more likely that she was 16 or 17 at time of her marriage

But unfortunately I think that you actually do. Instead of promoting hatred, I suggest that you educate yourself more on Islam and Muslims. I recommend reading the book "Submission, Faith & Beauty: The Religion of Islam". One should never be afraid of having their firmly held beliefs challenged. Perhaps, no book will change your opinion of Islam or Muslims but everyone should be open to the fact that they may be wrong. I can recommend other books as well if you are so inclined.

No one is suggesting that the Muslim prayer event should be cancelled. The group in question is presenting an alternative view of the political Ideology of Islam. If Islam were in fact a "religion of peace" there would not be any need for an opposing view at this event. Muslims like to say that those who do jihad have misunderstood the doctrine of Islam. What they do not tell you is that jihad is an obligation for all Muslims to participate in. There are several kinds of jihad; misrepresenting the nature and purposes of Islam is one of the ways that Islam paralyzes its host cultures as they are Islamized. This is taqiyah, and it is Sunna. No follower of Mohammed can deny the duties that the Koran and Sunna require of them, they will just pretend that it is not what it obviously is and clearly states in the Koran; jihad is "fighting in Allah's cause". Please explain this bizarre belief in two opposing systems that you say you embrace. You cannot be a constitutionalist and a "devout Muslim". A devout Muslim is a slave to Allah and Mohammed; they follow Sunna and Koran. The doctrine of Islam and the Constitution/Bill of Rights are not complimentary, they are in complete and total opposition to each other. You cannot have it both ways, Sir. You are entirely illogical in your embrace of this obvious contradiction in ideologies.

ViennaRedux - First... the Bill of Rights doesn't "guarantee" anything. Paper can't stop tanks. The constitution is a document outlining negative rights, meaning the limits of government authority. Although it has failed. It does not describe positive rights, meaning the citizens' rights to public wealth or services. For example, you should be free from state coercion as relates to speech, you do not have free speech on someone else’s private property. My choosing to be a Muslim, free from state coercion, does not mean I support state coercion against people who disagree with me. Do you? I do not believe in any punishment for apostasy, and I’m about to publish an article addressing the Hadith you’re talking about. I think I have a stronger argument than Robert Spencer. I do not believe in religious conquest, or murder of non-believers. Frankly, that’s a bit like asking me if I still beat my wife.

In my experience comment sections tend to be populated mostly by trolls, which I don't consider worth my time, and anyone with any genuine curiosity or intellectual integrity will take me up on the offer of a real discussion.

Not at all. Since the Hadith and the Sunna give you permission to beat your wife and since Sharia excuses such behavior and encourages it, and since such beating is codified in Sharia as to how it is to be delivered to said wife it is a perfectly legitimate question if such a question were to be asked - which is isn't.

Muslim does not pray to Prophet Muhammad like the Christians who pray to Jesus Christ. Muslim are only slave or servant of Allah not slave to Muhammad or any human.

There is no doubt that the murderous islamic leader was not guided by a just and loving god. Here is a very small sample of his actions:
Muslim (17:4206) - A woman who became pregnant confesses that she is guilty of adultery. After the child is born, she is stoned by mohammed.
Bukhari (6:60:79) - Muhammad commands the stoning of 2 people guilty of "illegal intercourse". Apparently their act was out of love, since the verse records the man as trying to shield the woman from the stones.
Muslim (17:4196) - A married man confesses that he has adultery. Muhammad orders him stoned. The passage says the first stones caused such pain that he tried to escape and was dragged back.
There is much, much more. Sorry to break you the news but there is no doubt that the core of islam is evil laden.
The truth may offend you, but that doesn't mean than people shouldn't know the truth.

A number of years ago, I published a piece that touches on some of your themes in a newsletter I did at the time, and the problem of violent, "evangelizing" Islam has only gotten worse since then. Good God - I'm spitting water at the screen at some of the responses in here from the muslims and from the (uninformed) infidels who have not read anything informative and if they have, have been in an accident recently or they're writing poorly written responses on behalf of their neighborhood mosque.

I called back after reading this e-mail and asked the white house direct line 202-456-1111 if it was a fact that obama invited muslims to the white house. She said "no, that's not true." When I questioned her further, very respectfully, and asked who whould have said this, she said she didn't know anything about muslims being invited to the whitehouse but I could call the other line, 1-202-456-1414, and ask for the scheduling office. I did that, and the person I spoke with said that she knew nothing of muslims being invited, and that she couldn't understand why I should ask for the scheduling office. When I stated that I was told by the person at 456-1111 to ask for it, she connected me to a voice mail at the scheduling office. I left my e-mail address.
