Conservative news anchor Bill O’Reilly has seen President Obama’s birth certificate and has gone on record saying that Obama is a U.S. citizen. Conservative columnist Michelle Malkin has also written that she believes Obama was born “in Hawaii on U.S. soil.” So has eight-term Republican Congressman Michael Castle from Delaware, “the president… is a citizen of the United States.”
Enough is enough. Let the “birth certificate controversy” debate die because there really isn’t a controversy or any evidence. Even if there was, do you really think Congressional Democrats would do anything about it? Democrats love Obama so much that Congressman José Serrano (D-NY) proposed amending the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution to allow Obama to possibly serve a third term. So Obama birth certificate conspiracy theorists, just give it a rest.
I didn’t vote for Obama and I won’t in 2012 but I’m not going to make wild-eyed accusations about the President’s birth circumstances especially without any evidence. You don’t agree with Obama’s policies? Neither do I, but I’m not going to lower myself to such deceitful levels in an attempt to destroy a legitimate President that America elected.
If the only conservative branch (just slightly) of the federal government, the Supreme Court, won’t hear any challenges to Obama’s birth circumstances then nobody will. Give up, it is a lost cause.
The debate over Obama’s place of birth has incredibly led to an Army Officer, Major Stefan Frederick Cook, refusing orders to Afghanistan because he believes Obama is not a U.S. citizen, and therefore is not commander-in-chief. Instead of the U.S. military granting Major Cook his wish, it should have cracked down hard on him. He is an officer, not an enlisted soldier, and is supposed to be held to the highest standards of discipline. How can Major Cook lead by example when he is acting like a child?
Enough is enough. Here’s Obama's birth certificate. Give it a rest.

I think he PROBABLY is a citizen, but don't you think the leader of the free world should have to prove he is eligible for the job? Maybe a background check isn't a bad idea, right?
Also, why won't he just give the "birthers" the stupid document they want and end it??? Again, I think he is LIKELY a citizen but I'll give the conspiracy people this, it does seem a little fishy.
It seems that Obama has a lot to hide, i.e. not releasing his college transcripts, long-form birth certificate that shows the doctor and hospital, etc. I just wish the American people knew whatever it is that he's hiding because he's using his personal popularity to ram things through Congress. AND Congress hasn't even read the bills. Do you think that goof-up Biden would be able to use his personal popularity to ram through bills? Now that's a laugh.
I just finished my own time machine and traveled to the future where Obama published his long form birth certificate. My analysis of it shows without doubt that it's a forgery.

For crying out loud people. The question is not whether he is a citizen or not, it's whether he is a "natural born" citizen. And the American people have only seen the COLB. McCain had to show his long form birth certificate after being pressured by liberal bloggers and the Obama campaign because of being born on a military base in Panama. The fear is dual loyalties. Ever point in defense of obama can be easily refuted. His defenders don't want to seek or admit the truth. For instance, just below in a comment to me it's written "Hawaii won't release a long form." Two easy replies.
1) He said in his book "Dreams from his Father" that he found his birth certificate. Lets see it!
2) Stop the legal blockade; authorize Hawaii to release whatever they have.
The factcheck COLB has been questioned for many reasons. For instance, his sister was born in Indonesia. She has the exact same COLB. She is NOT natural born. He may not be either. He needs to prove it.

I can address every point.
The birthers
The issue is that in Hawaii in 1961 the lax immigration laws allowed basically anyone to walk in off the street and register a baby and get a birth certificate. No evidence was required except the word of the person. As a result, Hawaii was rife with immigration fraud in the 1960's, up until the laws were changed in the 1970's.
Obama has claimed he was born in a hospital in Hawaii. That information is only contained in the vault records the State of Hawaii has announced they are holding. These records require Obama to sign a release and pay $10.00, which to date he has refused to do.
The issue here is that Obama has stated he was born in Hawaii. Due to the lax immigration laws that will require some proof that is only found on the vault records, and not on the COLB produced as Obama's parents could have lied about where he was born.
If the vault records confirm the name of the hospital fine. If not it raises the need for further inquiry. Where was he born? Why did he lie?
There are many different versions of the Obama Certificate of Live Birth on the internet. Your reference to the Chicago Tribune version has been modified by someone called "Ducky" using Adobe Photoshop on a Macintosh CS3.

You don't have to be a wingnut to want to know if the executive branch is respecting the US Constitution. What exactly is or is not on the long form birth record that Mr. Obama doesn't want us to see? The short form that everybody is waving around lacks some important information that is common on birth certificates and pertinent to the question at hand, such as the name of the hospital and the delivering doctor.
Further, under state law (see link), parent who can lay claim to state residency for at least one year can obtain an Hawaiian birth certificate for a child born out of state. Is this what Mr. Obama's parents did? Is it possible his mom brought him to Hawaii and used her parents address to establish residency then registered his birth there? Could that be revealed in the long form birth record? I would submit that not only is it not crazy, not racist, etc., to ask these questions, it's our constitutional duty.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Constitution require a President to be a natural born citizen, which would be fulfilled by what the COLB shows: that Obama was born in Honolulu, which was and is part of USA? acerbic: check out the link to the state of Hawaii's Web site I posted... incredible as it may seem, under state law Mr. Obama didn't have to be born in Hawaii for his parents to register his birth and obtain a birth certificate. Therefore thee information on the long form (not the short form he's presented), including the name of the hospital and attending doctor would go a long toward confirming his claim of being a natural born citizen, not just a citizen. It would be so easy for Mr. Obama to provide his long form birth record, why hasn't he done so? Doesn't it make you wonder even a little?

This is a question about the law, right? There is no question that he was *legally* born in Hawaii (regardless of whether he was physically born there or not), as certified by the state government of Hawaii. Therefore, he is legally the president.
Who cares where he was physically born, anyway? McCain wasn't born in the US either, but so what?

I am looking a my birth certificate as I write this and I've realized several things:
1) There is no doctor's name on it.
2) There is no hospital name on it.
3) No one has signed it.
This is because Maryland does not require it and I was born at my house, not in a hospital. Just because Obama's birth certificate also does not have this information does NOT mean it is fake.

As the first poster, wackobirther got it right. It's not about citizenship. It's about the term "natural born." Ahnold's a citizen as is Madelyn. If only half the so-called journalists would conduct just a small investigation, they'd lose their arrogance. We have a serious and unanswered question that libs giggle away and smear anyone who asks. We'll know pretty soon -- in spite of media bias and administrative stonewalling.
And BTW, O'Reilly doubted the SVPT (Swift Boat Veterans and POWs for Truth) even though neither he nor his staff bothered to research their massive collection of facts. For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:
1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after he
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.
This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time.
If someone questioned your right to have your job would you:
A. Pay $10.00 for the SINGLE document (the long form) that proves those wacko conspiracy theorists wrong.
B. Spend countless dollars and time trying to stop anybody from seeing the one document that proves you are rightfully employed.
It's a no brainer! I did not realize that there were laser printers in 1961. Maybe that document is not really his birth certificate, by a certificate of live birth. The real birth certificate contains something that contradicts Barack's whole story. So the Governor of Hawaii put it under seal.
No one is doubting he is a citizen. I was born in Germany and I am a citizen. He is not a natural born citizen. I was born in Germany my parents registered me in Hawaii in 1962 with the time of birth etc. I have a colb. But not the long form. But at least I admit it.
The fraudbama is on borrowed time. You can't fake a long form because it has the doctors name and hospital etc.

Hawaii had very different standards of issuing colb's back in the 1960's
Fyi. Anyone in the 1960's could walk in and state the date and time of birth and recieve da colb. My parents did. I was born in Germany and they registered my in Hawaii and I got a colb. But no long form because they could not prove I was born there. My cousin was born there the next year 1963 and he has a long form and a colb. So that is why ObamaB33ch spent 1 million to fight it cause he doesn't have the long form idiot.
