Randi McCreary is a native of Kansas City, MO. Her work has been featured in Black Praxis Second Edition, The NoMoreSilentCries Anthology, New YorkReview.org., Present Magazine, Riseup Magazine, and most recently in the Presidential Inauguration Collector's Edition Issue of Essence Magazine. Randi is the author of Sweet.Water.Horizion, a chapterbook of poetry, and a two time spoken word feature with The Blue Room. She is a previous contest winner of both the Underground Poet's Society and Def Poetry Jam Website Poetry Contests, and co-founder of Urban Literation.
