'Dancing with the Stars:' Joanna Krupa and Aaron Carter take the lead but are they safe
ABC

With only seven stars left dancing on Monday night’s “Dancing with the Stars” Joanna Krupa and Aaron Carter, who has been spared during the results show for the past two weeks, took the top spots on the leader board. However, are they safe for the “Dancing with the Stars” double elimination results show Tuesday night?

Aaron Carter received the top score of a 29 from the judges for his Jive with partner Karina Smirnoff, while Joanna Krupa and partner Derek Hough received a 27 from the judges for their Rumba.

The star who may be in trouble during Tuesday night’s “Dancing with the Stars” results show is Mark DaCascos as partner Lacey Swimmer was fell ill and Mark's Samba with replacement partner Anna Trebunskaya was less to be desired by the judges only to receive a score of 19.

Kelly Osborn and Donny Osmond tied with a judge’s score of 24, with Kelly dancing the Salsa and Donny dancing the Quick Step.

While judges praised Michael Irvin for his Fox Trot with partner Anna Demidova he received the second lowest score of the evening of a 23. Also falling down on the leader board was Mya and partner Dmitry Chaplin who scored a respectful 25 from the judges for their Fox Trot, but were seemingly criticized by the judges more than Michael Irvin.

Adding to the “Dancing with the Stars” scores was a group dance in which Joanna Krupa, Donny Osmond, and Kelly Osborn were on team Tango and Mark DaCascos, Aaron Carter, Mya and Michael Irvin were on team Paso. Team Tango took the top score of 28, while team Paso received a 24 from the judges.

"Dancing with the Stars" leader board week seven:

  • Joanna Krupa and Derk Hough: 55
  • Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff: 53
  • Donny Osmond and Kym Johnson: 52
  • Kelly Osborn and Louis Van Amstel: 52
  • Mya and Dmitry Chaplin: 49
  • Michael Irvin and Anna Demidova: 47
  • Mark DaCasos and Anna Trebunskaya: 43

With the shocking elimination of judge favorite Natalie Coughlin two weeks ago it is seemingly up to the fans votes. Which star did you vote for? Who do you think will be going home on the “Dancing with the Stars” results show? Leave a comment below!
