Only 8 girls remain on 'America's Next Top Model' after Ashley was sent home last week for not knowing how to use her model good looks. On Episode 6 of cycle 13 the girls were broken into teams of two and given cars and maps to head out on go-sees. The teams were Jennifer & Erin, Brittany & Kara, Sundai & Rae, and Nicole & Laura. The girls were definitely my comic relief. Nicole and Laura didn't know how to put money in the parking meter. Sundai didnt know how to read a map and Rae drove like an old lady. So, who didn't make it back in time because you know there's always someone who doesn't make it back in time? The unlucky ladies were Sundai and Rae and the challenge winner was Nicole.
At the photo shoot the girls had to work with martial arts weapons while suspended from wires. Some of the girls did really well like Nicole and Erin, but some of the other girls struggled. Kara was hoping to nail the shoot to spite her rival Nicole, but she failed. Sundai looked beautiful, but she lacked grace and Mr. Jay said it looked like "remedial" modeling. Brittany struggled on the wire, but somehow it didn't show in her film.
At judging, the best photo of the week was Nicole. She was two for two this week and definitely upset some of the other girls in the house. The bottom two girls were Kara and Sundai. Kara and Sundai are both beautiful in person, but their beauty doesn't translate as well on film. Kara seemed to have given up and got too caught up with beating Nicole instead of just being the best model she could be. No need to cry Kara get rid of the greasy locks and you'll have a great future as a Kelli Bensimon body double.
