The teams began at the Spanish Synagogue where their first clue sent them to the Ekotechnicke Museum for another clue.
That clue was a road block--one person had to enter a wharehouse full of desks and phones and find the phone that actually has a person on the other end. The voice gave them letters that could be unscrambled to spell Franz Kafka's name. Once unscrambled the person got another clue.
Megan and Cheyne (of course) finished first and went to Kryocentrum for their next clue. Dan and Big Easy decided to help each other out with the scrambled letters but Dan lied (again) and left Big Easy in the lurch. Big E was there for several hours until everyone else had finished, and couldn't do the task, so he and Flight Time took a four hour penalty.
When Brian and Ericka got to the Spanish Synagogue, the Speed Bump awaited them. They had to visit the M-One Lounge (a pub), and make absinthe.
Megan and Cheyne, at Kryocentrum first, had to go in a freezing chamber in their underwear and stay there for two minutes. The temperature was minus 180C. Even though they screamed, they managed to stay in there the required time.
They were directed to the Charles Bridge for their next direction. The clue was a detour, making them choose between legend or lager. In legend they had to make a gollum--a figure used to protect the Jewish quarters in the 15th century. They had to cover a gollum figure with clay, then transport it to the synagogue where a rabbi determined if it was done correctly or not. If right, then they received a new clue.
In lager, teams had to deliver beer to rowdy soccer hooligans. The Czech people drink more beer per capita than anywhere in the world. Once the 30 beers were delivered, they got their next clue.
Megan and Cheyne chose the legend option and of course were successful. The next clue sent them to the pit stop at Strelecky Ostrov, a small island next to the Charles Bridge.

Big Easy and Flight Time were eliminated because Dan lied (again). Was it good game play or being an ass? Or maybe both?
