Sandi Stroud is an architect and real estate development consultant. She graduated from Tulane University and MIT, and has worked in New Orleans and Washington DC for the past eighteen years. Sandi works as a consultant through her company Urban Focus LLC in commercial mixed-use development and multi-family housing with municipalities and neighborhood groups to determine project feasibility and potential for neighborhood development. As an adjunct professor at Howard University, she taught strategies in community and economic development as well as site analysis and feasibility for six years. Sandi's focus is on the people participating in and progress of redevelopment in the New Orleans region.
