This is really a tough question!
I'm such a foodie, I'd have to go with the walk in fridge.
Keep in mind if you want the additional closet space the next person who buys your home will probably appreciate it too.
Please, it'd have to be the walk-in fridge. All that room for the beer. Just throw your clothes on the floor.
