So where are the deals?
Every where!
What you consider a deal depends on what you're looking for, where you hope to find it and your taste for home improvement - not just the price.
Here's a brief sampling of what you can get for less than $200,000 in some great neighborhoods across Denver.
Today I've focused on 1950s era ranch style homes.

1949 ranch in North Highlands Neighborhood for $190,000.
It's east of Rocky Mountain Lake Park and easy access to I-70 and Federal.

1956 ranch in Harvey Park neighborhood for $179,000.
This home is just walking distance to the Harvey Park recreation center and park. The interior needs updating.

1954 ranch in North East Park Hill neighborhood for $175,000.
Close to Skyland Park and Hiawatha Davis Jr. Recreation Center and Pauline Robinson Branch Library. The home is very clean. When you step inside it's like a snap shot from the 1950s.

1952 ranch in Virginia Village neighborhood for $199,900.
Close to Colorado boulevard and I-25, just walking distance to the Virginia Village Branch Library.
Remember, the asking price isn't always the getting price.
