No wonder this couple is so happy. They have mastered the technique of the one hour orgasm. Yes, you read it correctly: one hour, as in 60 bliss filled minutes. It's also referred to as the EMO which stands for extended massive orgasm. The terminology didn't matter to me, I just wanted to find out more about this orgasmic phenomenon.
First things first--what is the one hour orgasm? It's one with hundreds, even thousands of orgasmic contractions. They keep repeating, one right after the other and, as the name implies, go on forever. Just thinking about it kind of takes your breath away doesn't it?
Apparently, most men and women, including many sex and relationship experts, seem to be confused about what an orgasm actually is. The most obvious signs for both men and women are the contractions. Those contractions produce the intense pleasurable feelings that travel with such electricity throughout your entire body and mind.
During what most people consider a normal orgasm, men generally have 6 to 9 contractions each lasting for about 8/10ths of a second. For women it's about 9 to 12 contractions each lasting the same 8/10ths of a second. Ok, now we're talking seconds versus 60 minutes, this is getting interesting!
At The Institute for Human Abilities in California, they teach "Basic Sensuality 101" which includes a how-to instructional for the "Venus Butterfly" technique. If you can achieve the one hour orgasm it means you graduate with honors.. At the Institute they call the typical 6 - 12 contraction orgasm a "genital sneeze". Not that the sneeze is bad, but we could all be doing a whole lot better.
Another couple Drs. Steve and Vera Bodansky give courses on how to have a better sex life. They have been publicly giving demonstrations of what is potentially possible in the realm of orgasms since l980. They live on the west coast but twice a year they travel east to demonstrate their techniques at the School of Womanly Arts in New York City. If you're not brave enough to enroll in the course, maybe you want to read their latest book "The Illustrated Guide to Extended Massive Orgasm".
It's never too late to learn new things. When was the last time you or your partner tried something new and exciting? Maybe, that time has come!
