This will be the 14th consecutive Inaugural Day Parade announced by Charlie Brotman. Since 1957, the legendary promoter/publicist has served 10 Presidents announcing the bands, floats, and performers as they march by the Presidential stand. For the past 52 years, Brotman has been the official voice of the Inaugural Parade. He began his career on Opening Day as announcer for the Washington Senators baseball team til they left town in 1971. At this time, Brotman started his own PR firm focused on sports and entertainment with famous clients including Sugar Ray Leonard, Jimmy Lange, Legg Mason Tennis Classic, World Soccer Cup, Kemper Open Golf Tournament, Washington Redskins, Washington Nationals, and many more over the years.

Comments
Everyone mentions Mr. Brotman whenever I ask who the announcer was during the inauguration but as far as I can make out, he was the announcer for the parade only and not for the swearing-in or the introduction of notables arriving at the podium. Who was the Other Voice, the Main Voice?!
Thank you!
