Walking to the Atlanta Dogwood Festival from the nearest MARTA rail station can take 10-15 minutes. For those who would rather not walk, bus 27 has a stop right next to the festival near the artist market.
The bus departs from the Lindbergh station (choose from three free parking decks) and the Midtown station. You can either drive and park at the Lindbergh station or take a MARTA train to the Midtown station and board the bus there. The festival is closer to the midtown station, though if you are parking and riding, Lindbergh might be an easier option.
You'll want to exit the bus near the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and 14th Street. You can tell the bus driver your destination and they can get you to the best stop. You can pay cash on the bus. A one-way fare is $2 (you'll need exact change). Or you can purchase a MARTA ticket or card at any train station. Those coming from the train and want to connect with the bus should tap their card upon exiting the station to get a free ride. See below for the bus schedule.
