Tortured Logic: War crimes of the Bush admin

"Tortured Logic" is a new video featuring Oliver Stone and other celebrities asking Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate the war crimes of the Bush administration and their illegal and inhumane policy of torture. The two minute video includes appearances by Stone, 9/11 family member Patricia Perry, actors Rosie Perez, Noah Emmerich, John Doman and Reg E. Cathey, and musical composer Philip Glass, among others.

The video is chilling. Stark and simple, the video is a verbatim reading directly from a memo authored by Jay Bybee, former head of the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel under the Bush administration. The memo was released in April as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the ACLU.

Please follow the link. At the site there is a pre-written letter readers can send to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder calling for a full and comprehensive investigation of the Bush administration's torture policies. Those responsible, no matter how high their position in the administration, must be punished. Justice and the good name of the USA demands it.

No one is above the law. We must protect the U.S. Constitution--which is what makes us citizens with Representatives vs. subjects ruled by an elite entity. So, yes--Investigate! However, if what I just read is correct on another site, that Attorney General Eric Holder came from the same law firm, (Covington and Burlington??), which represented President George W. Bush and the Republican National Committee to NOT turn over Karl Rove's emails sent on RNC servers, then there may be a conflict of interest.... If it is indeed true, then it is, in my opinion, a highly unethical conflict of interest which should also be investigated--by a non-political citizen group and BEFORE international countries succeed in mandating war crimes tribunals.
