The first National Tea Party convention is under way in Nashville, Tennessee, and already controversy is brewing. Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, aka World Nut Daily, urged Americans to demand Obama's birth certificate:
I have a dream. And my dream is that If Barack Obama even seeks re-election as president in 2012 that he won't be able to go to any city, any town, any hamlet in America without seeing signs that ask 'Where's the Birth Certificate?'
Farah also said that proof of Jesus's birth is more ironclad than the president's.
Many Tea Partiers cheered Farah's words, while others were disappointed. The issue marks one of several rifts within the movement.
Questioning whether President Obama was born in Hawaii and casting doubt on whether the president was legitimately elected strikes most Americans as silly conspiracy theory non-sense. Many in the Tea Party movement worry that questions about Obama's birth certificate only serve to discredit and marginalize the entire movement.
Birthers appear ready to accept anything, no matter how far fetched, as long as it de-humanizes and de-legitimizes President Obama. The quest is not for truth, the quest is for a justification of hate.
The belief that President Obama is really not an American, and hence cannot be President, is often nothing but racist porn, a fantasy for bigots. The birthers inhabit a world with an implicit white supremacist agenda.
Birthers represent the dirty underbelly of the Tea Party movement, a conspiracy theory believing bunch, made frightened and angry by change and progress. The Tea Party movement would be wise to reject their non-sense for more serious and sensible concerns.

Why is it the only people who keep bringing up this birth certificate issue are barry soetoro himself as he did at the "Prayer Breakfast" and people like Mikey. Mikey we've learned the arrogant self absorbed barry is indeed so insecure that he gets off on keeping this whole birth certificate thingy going on. People forget it and don't let barry see you get your tail feathers ruffled over this, because that is what this ego maniac craves, because deep down he is a hate-filled incompetent who despite the outward arrogance is suffering from an inferiority complex.
It's not going away. Why has he spent 1.7 million dollars in legal fees to NOT show his birth certificate?
One of these cases is bound to go to trial and when it does - Obama will NO LONGER BE PRESIDENT. He's not eligible, or he wouldn't be fighting these cases so hard.

The casting of doubt of the president's birth certificate is nothing but a conspiracy theory. There have been other conspiracy theories have have more substance than the birther movement. However, those supporting birtherism continue to shift their arguments while using the same straw-man arguments.
Birth certificates are issued by agencies that are responsible for keeping birth records and who have legal authority to issue such documents. It is always possible to get any document replaced at a later date, and there is nothing notorious about get a replacement documents.
Birthers have used terms such as "original", "authentic" and "genuine" for their arguments. Each time incorrectly using the terms, or refusing the accept words that have similar meaning. They consistently contradict each other, or themselves using logically disjoint arguments. Disjoint is the context of reality.
The authority of the presidents birth certificate is the State of Hawaii's Department of Health.

The truth is, the question is unkown. 2 plausible ideas are that grandma filed a certificate of of live birth with HI and mom may have had him out of state or country. Neither hospital confirmed birth there. Most of us assume his citizenship based on mom's, but the founders were trying to prevent split loyalities with British ties. President's dad was British national. So technically not "natural born", more "native born".

The COLB is all the proof Obama needs to verify his birth in the U.S, which makes him a Natural born citizen, eligible to run.
You may disagree with that, but the legal system does.(see 65 cases dismissed above).
So why doesn't he produce what you want? Because he knows the people peddling this issue will never stop no matter what he produces. The best way to kill a conspiracy theory is by starving it. All you've got are the same tiresome allegations you've been preaching about for 3 years now.
You have zero chance in court, and Obama knows that.
With nothing new to offer, this issue is quickly fading away.
The smartest move for Obama is to simply ignore you.
