Orly Taitz
Orly Taitz, Queen of the Birthers, was thrown out of court for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Taitz is the de facto leader of the Birthers, a right wing fringe group that believes President Obama was not born an American citizen and does not meet the Constitution's eligibility requirements for his current position as president of the USA.
In Georgia a federal judge tossed out a lawsuit filed by an Army Captain Connie Rhodes who fought deployment to Iraq by questioning the legitimacy of President Obama's American citizenship. In dismissing the suit U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land also threatened Rhodes' attorney, Orly Taitz, with sanctions if she filed such a "frivolous" lawsuit again in his court.
In his decision Judge Land wrote:
"(Rhodes) has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated ... allegations ... that President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States. Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is 'an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, (and) an unqualified imposter.'"
About Taitz, Judge Land wrote:
She continues with bare, conclusory allegations that the President is “an alien, possibly even an unnaturalized or even an unadmitted illegal alien . . . without so much as lawful residency in the United States". Then, implying that the President is either a wandering nomad or a prolific identity fraud crook, she alleges that the President “might have used as many as 149 addresses and 39 social security numbers prior to assuming the office of President.” Acknowledging the existence of a document that shows the President was born in Hawaii, Plaintiff alleges that the document “cannot be verified as genuine, and should be presumed fraudulent.”
It looks as if the Queen is about to drift into obscurity, which would be for the best. The belief that President Obama is really not an American, and hence cannot be President, is simply racist porn, a fantasy for bigots. The birthers inhabit a world with an implicit white supremacist agenda. It is America at its worst, a place where bullies and cowards hide, a place where lunatics find refuge in conspiracy theories of hate, a place where racism finds a home.

It's about time someone put this loony tunes in her place. I feel however that it won't be the last we hear from this nutbar.
That is want I call a "smack down" with in the legal frameworks that is the American judicial system. On this issue Orly Taitz only uses her hatred of others.
I heard there is a rumor people are reporting bloggers to the Examiner for offensive false articles. This could be a rumor and I'm not here to say if they are true or false, or just an internet meme.
Get on with the real corruption of this Obamunist.

Like every other human being, Obama had a lifetime of experience prior to Nov. 4, 2008. His allegiance to foreign nations and his studies in mafia tactics to implement government control of the lives and properties of all individual Americans was all swept under the rug.
ludicrous.. although the birth certificate of Obama has been produced several times, including on some of those "bashing" websites like those of Orly Taitz followers, there will still be sceptism and ignorance in hoping to keep this "conspiracy theory" going. These are mere tactics from those who oppose our president and rather than accept the facts of his being born in the US., particular individuals will endlessly continue to keep this going.
Sad for such so called Americans to actually believe America would allow an "alien" to preside over this country. And yet your proud to call yourselves American?? Really,...how American is that?
Even if we all saw with our own eyes, the birth of Obama in the state of Hawaii, there are some who will still deny his natural born citizenship. LMAO.
Any way you slice it, it all boils down to this: $20.00 or so for a certified copy of a birth certificate which could put the "comspiracy theorists" down once and for all, or MILLIONS of dollars in legal fees to fight "frivolous lawsuits?"
The only way to answer the question is to GET THE ANSWER. There is only ONE answer, and the world simply does not know for certain. Show the birth certificate and be done with it, and let the USA continue into bankruptcy on schedule, and without all of the unnecessary distractions.
The only birth document provided has been the one that was provided to DailyKOS, and was proven fraudulent. Copies of that were produced for photograph to another website, and even those documents were proven fraudulent. It would not be difficult for Obama to obtain and produce, to the reputable news organizations, a certified copy of his original birth certificate. Why does he not do so?
The Supreme Court unequivocally stated in Minor v Happersatt (which was heard six years AFTER the Fourteenth Amendment became law) that we should look at the nationality of the parents and if the parents are US citizens, and the child is born in the US, then the child is a natural-born citizen of the US. If the child is subject to a foreign nationality through a parent then there are doubts which were clearly expressed by SCOTUS in Minor. Obama’s father was NEVER a US citizen. Obama also ADMITS that his birth status was governed by Great Britain. Obama chose the word “governed”, not me. Obama DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, meet the Constitutionally required “natural born Citizen” standard to hold the office of POTUS. Even if he was born in the Lincoln bedroom with ten thousand witnesses present, he STILL does not qualify.
Frivolous lawsuits are ruining our economy and America’s legal crisis is putting employees out of work, raising consumer prices and driving down shareholder value. We need to address the country’s litigation explosion and make the legal system simpler, and fairer. If any of you still have any doubts as to Obama's legitimacy, there are wads of navel lint that could outsmart you. It's amazing you can find your way out of your own house in the morning. It is frightening that you drive a car. No amount of chlorine will clean up your gene pool. You cast reasonable doubt on the term "intelligent life on earth." You should be packed in bubble-wrap for your own safety and that of others. Any bus you ride in will be seen as way too long. You make Carrie Prejean look like Marie Curie. You would be ineligible for the show "Are you smarter than a fifth-grader?". . . you would have to find one called "Are you smarter than slime mold?"
As long as you claim Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, we will continue to mock you. . . just as if you contended the moon were made of green cheese.
