Orly Taitz, Birther Queen, has been fined 20,000 for “wasting the judicial resources” of the Middle District of Georgia. Taitz, lawyer, dentist, real estate agent and lunatic, has been leading the Birther movement, filing numerous lawsuits demanding that President Obama prove his citizenship before deploying soldiers to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Taitz has been abusing her privileges as a lawyer, making frivolous arguments and disrespectful personal attacks in court. It was only a matter of time before she was slapped with a hefty fine for abusing her privileges as a lawyer.
The judgment, which calls Taitz’s case and tactics “delusional”, is long over due. U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land had no patience for Taitz and her idiotic shenanigans. In his ruling Judge Land wrote:
“The Court finds that counsel’s conduct was willful and not merely negligent. It demonstrates bad faith on her part. As an attorney, she is deemed to have known better. She owed a duty to follow the rules and to respect the Court. Counsel’s pattern of conduct conclusively establishes that she did not mistakenly violate a provision of law. She knowingly violated Rule 11. Her response to the Court’s show cause order is breathtaking in its arrogance and borders on delusional.”
Under the court's order, Taitz has 30 days to pay the $20,000 fine.

Who cares about all of that?
What I would like to see are his college records, his thesis, what he wrote about and commented on when he was editor of the Harvard Law Review, what he wrote when he was a professor, his bar examination records and so on.
For example (not saying he did, mind you), but it would be a felony if he lied about drug use on papers filed for the bar exam (which he actually admitted to in his book "Dreams From My Father.") Some are beginning to wonder just why he hasn't authorized the relesae of his bar examination records.
It is fact that none of these things have been released. Obama admits that they exist, but he won't release them or authorize them being released.
America has a right to know about all of these things. Let's say that he did lie on his bar examination record. America would have a right to know if he did lie, so that if he did lie he can be removed from office. :)

the judge saw merit in the suit and set dates. Discovery should be interesting.

I am sending money to Orly to help pay the fine. Judge Land, in my opinion, is part of her troubles finding out the truth and telling all Americans about Obama's past. We have a right to know all about the man that is running our great country and why isn't Obama himself telling us? Why did he seal all of his past records the same week he was placed in office, really big hurry to prevent any investigations, what is he hiding from us.

FWIW, <i>Barnett/Keyes v Obama</i> is "scheduled" for January, not December. If it is dismissed by Judge Carter, it won't go anywhere. Taitz and her coterie are most likely going to be fined by the Court and, on good authority, I can tell you that she is being investigated by the Cal Bar.
Now, can any of you birthers tell us how her legal assistant Charles Lincoln III, a disbarred (3 states, including CA) attorney and convicted forger can be anywhere near a law office?
