Is Orly Taitz, Birther Queen, calling for armed insurrection?

Is Orly Taitz, Birther Queen, calling for armed insurrection? A recent blog post by the disgraced tea party heroine would seem to indicate so. In her blog, Taitz writes:

What is the real intention of this Kenyan, Indonesian communist usurper? Is it to provide security for us or to destroy our security? Judge for yourself.

Seeing targeted destruction of our economy, our security, dissipation of American jobs, massive corruption in the Government, Congress Department of Justice and Judiciary, it might be time to start rallies and protests using our second amendment right to bare arms and organise in militias.

Taitz is a disgraced public figure, guilty of fraud. The birth certificate provided by Taitz as proof that President Barack Obama was born in Kenya was proven to be a forgery.

Taitz has been humiliated in numerous courtrooms throughout the country. She has been fined and thrown out of court for filing frivolous lawsuits in her attempt to smear President Obama.

With the passage of time the Birther movement has morphed, and now rather than claiming Obama was born on foreign soil, they claim Obama is illegitimate because his father was a British subject. Birthers now claim Obama is not a natural born citizen; thus ineligible to serve as President.

The desire by some to delegitimize President Obama is here to stay. Some are simply incapable of accepting Obama as president.

The belief that President Obama is really not an American, and hence cannot be President, is simply racist porn, a fantasy for bigots. Taitz, and the Birthers, inhabit a world with an implicit white supremacist agenda.

Taitz represents America at its worst: a place where bullies and cowards hide, a place where lunatics find refuge in conspiracy theories of hate, a place where racism finds a home. The question is, will the lunatic fringe follow Taitz if she calls for armed insurrection?

Ms. Taitz has had case after case dismissed by several judges. In her view the best way to undo an election loss is trying to convince a judge of her conspiracy theory. With that failing she has now decided to rant about the rights bestowed in the constitution. Taitz represents a section of the population who in the past no one would ever listen to. Her importance in the political debate is over, however we should be aware of her disillusioned words.

Mikey you keep using the same rhetoric such as "racist porn" "fantasy for bigots" "white supremacist agenda" is there any way you could be more professional with your drivel? It really doesn't say much for your writing skills to keep repeating tired old lines over and over.

I believe Obama does not have the best interest of this country in his mind. His past and his present actions show that clearly.

A revolution of some kind may be warranted seeing how we are only 1/4 through this administration.

"protests using our second amendment right to bare arms"

That's it - I'm wearing a tank top today and I don't care who sees me!

Could it start by Tea Parties arming themselves as the new militias and proceed by seizing control of military bases and towns, with the aid of the local Republican party?

    Only if they're absolutely crazy.

It is always easy to simplify, stereotype and demagogue, other forms of bigotry. Taitz has been criticized by people within the birther movement, and the movement itself has been adequately criticized by people like Coulter, O'Reilly, Medved and others. Taitz's hyperbole is eclipsed by those who pigeon-hole birthers as racists. Does she have a right to free speech? Are you aware she receives death threats daily? What does that say about the hard Left? To ignore a huge segment of the population legitimately concerned with 'playing by the rules,' that is, demonstrating respect for the Constitution, is to say such respect, such playing by the rules, is fraudulent, and that is recommended? Where else then will we find common ground for the ordering of society?

To be fair shall we also castigate Van Jones and the Truthers, or does he likewise have a right to free speech? Shall we also then hold Bill Ayers' feet to the fire for calling for armed insurrection? Not fair? Why not? How about Thomas Jefferson? Shall we condemn him, and the entire gang, for fomenting rebellion leading to revolution? In some minds, a Leftist with a gun is a freedom fighter, but a real freedom fighter with a gun is a white supremacist, a racist, a thug, and a fringe lunatic. Ah ha! Things are not so simple as some would have us believe eh? We hear 'progressives' claim Che was a hero, Mao was a hero, Glenn Beck is fascist! So far as I know, Glenn hasn't killed anybody, but Mao, his millions. And so when do we hold Mao accountable, that is, if we are truly interested in justice?

Well said, Michael. At least one of your posters has advocated sedition in the past, and two of the posts below are testing the limits.

But Orly has made her fame by promoting disloyalty to the CinC in the Military. The courts threw her out. She should have been stuffed in a stockade, then shot as a traitor.

Right-wing extremism is real. It's their intent to overthrow a free and fair election. Many of the writers at the Examiner are clearly unhinged. It's good that we have their names.

C'mon Mikey, who gives a rusty (you know what) about Orly Taitz? Why can't we get back to your sensless rants about gun control, legalized marijuana, health care, illegal immigration, you know what I mean. What about the people who live on the margins or our society? What have you done for them today??

Hey B52RN what about some more Glenn Beck or Sarah Palin hum-dingers? Maybe some more homer sexual stories with that rainbow flag thingy or some basic good ole astro-turf tea-bagging NASCAR loving rednecks enjoying "racist porn." Throw in an El Rushbo yarn or two for good measure.

Well, well, well Obot DaveM: Now we see your real colors. It continues to amaze how Leftists fail to recognize their own autocratic tendencies. Simply because you don't like Taitz you'd have her shot. How very KGB of you. Your commander in chief has been quite capable of dividing the ranks without her help. And your political opponents, you have our names. Very nice. Shooting daily emails to your cousin to add to the enemies list are you, while you hide your identity. Another KGB dimension perhaps? And you have the gall to talk about free and fair elections. If you can't win the debate or prevail at the polls there's always charges of insanity, sedition, arrests and imprisonment eh?
