Glenn Beck compares Fox News to Holocaust victims in response to charges made by the White House that Fox News is an extension of the Republican party. Beck, Fox News on air personality and ne'er do well, is accustomed to making the headlines for spewing the most foul of political sewage. His abuse of the memory of victims of the Holocaust is no exception.
After comparing President Obama to an emerging dictator Beck began to draw his analogy between Fox News and Holocaust victims. The comparison was ill conceived and offensive. Yet such behavior is the stuff of Fox News, a network that is neither fair nor balanced, a network in service to Republicans and the far right wing fringe.
In drawing the analogy Beck suggested that the campaign against Fox was only the beginning of a full on assault by the Obama administration against the press. The suggestion is false, and simply illustrates the over the top nature of Beck's rhetoric. Beck is a fear mongering demagogue who misleads his feeble minded viewers with the most outlandish exaggerations, distortions, misinformation and deception.
Beck is a product of Fox News, or more apt Faux News, news manufactured for and by Republicans and the far right wing. The network is corrupt to the core, Beck being but frosting on the wing nut cake.
When they're done with Fox, and you decide to speak out on something. The old, "first they came for the Jews, and I wasn't Jewish." When you have a question, and you believe that something should be asked, they're a -- totally fine with you right now; they have no problem with you.
If you believe that, you should open up a history book, because you've missed the point of many brutal dictators. You missed the point on how they always start.
When they're done with Fox and talk radio, do you really think they're going to leave you alone if you want to ask a tough question? Do you really think that a man who has never had to stand against tough questions and has as much power as he does -- do you really believe after he takes out the number one news network, do you really think that this man is then not going to turn on you? That you and your little organization is going to cause him any hesitation at all not to take you out?

Mike, thanks for Glenn Beck's video clip. I would have missed it. He made a great point in his comparison of Adolph Hitler's administration and Barack Obama's. Hitler came along at a time when Germany's economy was in trouble, just like Obama. There is plenty of footage of Hitler kissing babies and glad handing everyone, just like Obama. Hitler had the brownshirts, Obama has Acorn and the Rev Wright. Hitler had the Jews, Obama has Fox. One major difference, prior to coming on the national scene, Hitler was a war hero. Barack Obama wasn't any hero, he wasn't even Barack Obama, he was someone called Barry Soetero.

You're kidding right? You must be another one of those professional "Glenn Beck Nit-Pickers",(probably funded by George Sorros and indirectly through my tax dollars). I love how I have to pay for the propaganda that I detest. What a system, huh? I also love all this pretending to be outraged by Beck's offensive comments as a distraction so nobody will listen to what he actually has to say about the corruption in DC and Obama's lifelong and current connections to radical communists. Funny how none of you are talking about his TV show tonight. He had a red phone with a private line just for the White House to call if he got anything wrong. It never rang. Beck slammed them the whole hour and they never disputed a single fact...Brilliant don't you think?
There is an internet meme that threatens to go viral. I'm not at liberty to state if this is just a fictional rumor or factual. The rumor simply states that Mikey is actually a loyal Sick Twisted Freak and he's admired Beck from afar since 1990.
How long can Beck play crazy messiah? As long as Obama can play president is my guess. You just can not argue the numbers, Beck has tapped into something. He may seem crazy but at least he is making an attempt at doing the main stream medias job. Maybe if they (ABC, CBS, NBC, etc.) were not slobbering all over Obama there would not be a Glenn Beck but then again, what would Mikey write about.
Has it occurred to anyone that Glenn Beck uses Naziesque tactics as well? Everything he accuses the president of doing he does himself. This warship of Beck is disgusting at best and terrifying at worst. Will he take any of the responsibility if his listeners go out and shoot liberals? He would instead use it to further lambaste people on the left.

Concerning the Blair-Holt proposed legislation: Senate Bill 2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 Federal Tax Form all guns that you have or own. It may require fingerprints and a tax of $50 PER GUN.
In Nov our president promised he was not going after our 2nd Amendment rights. This bill was introduced on Feb24th this bill will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law. This is an amendment to the IRA of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all.
Congress is now starting on the firearms confiscation bill. If it passes, gun owners will become criminals if you don't fully comply. Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because because the government is trying to fly it under the radar.

After I found out, the attorneys for Fox, owned by media baron Rupert Murdoch, successfully argued the First Amendment gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the public airwaves, I almost blocked the entire channel. I think it's disgustingly unethical and NOT in the "public interest" as regulated by FCC policy.

Look it up. Fox won in court on February 14, 2003 in a Florida Appeals court, that there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, concealing or distorting information by a major press organization.
I know all news organizations do it now, but Fox definitely leads the pack up there with MSNBC - which I don't watch either - far too liberal a slant. I pretty much stick to CNN/BBC/and more responsible NEWS (not propaganda and lies). Just my opinion. ;)

What a misleading lede by a liberal. Glenn did not compare Foxnews to the Holocaust but to the similar logic that is used when people say "at least its not me they're going after." You need some stewed prunes to get the yuck out of your mind. I wonder do you criticize the Global Warming Alarmists for calling skeptics Deniers the same treatment? Certainly these nuts say that we are going to an environmental Holocaust if you don't believe their hysteric pronouncements.

Getting an audience is the name of the game. Beck caters to the right wingers who love the words “Commie” or “Pinko”. But those who know him personally say that he is a “Lefty” and “Atheist”. Whatever you call him he is the best BS artist that has hit the media in ages.
I used to believe in this country...now there is nothing good to believe in anymore. The monster that is holding the presidency at this time in this country is a pre-curser for the anti-christ...a one-world-order will be placed upon us within the next ten years. All facets of our lives will be controlled by the government. "The Mark" that many will accept will by lasered on our bodies, and will most likely be our social security numbers. Nothing will be bought or sold without this.
But what side is fox news on, they spin stories and promote hate! You can't trust any of them these days.
Glen Beck is the only show I need to watch to find out every thing on both sides of politics. I too, am scared I my loose my freedom.
