Dana White had the following to say in an interview with YahooSports:
“He had a hole in his intestine,” White said. “The (stuff) was leaking into his stomach. That’s what was causing him so much pain. That and he had abscesses.
White remains unsure if Lesnar can fight again, adding that Brock would be visiting the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for another round of tests. The doctors involved in the surgery to fix the hole in his intestine noted the hole had been there for a year, weakening his immune system and making him susceptible to the illnesses he had been battling, such as mononucleosis.
White concluded by noting that no decisions would be made as to the status of Lesnar's Heavyweight Title until they knew if he could return and how long he would be out.

Doctors should also check Lesnar's head for holes.
I think it might have something to do with steriods. Anyone else?
Hope brock gets better when he gets back in the cage we can talk more s h I t about him but for now best wish
Sounds like he needs to stay away from spicy food.
Hope the best for him! Would love to see him fight again!!
Why do people automatically blame steroids for people being sick! What if his diagnosis was Cancer, would people still say it was steroids?
God Bless him and my prayeres are with him!!!!!
