Since the WWE has recently shifted gears, I thought today would be a good day to devote to the 20 Questions. This little gimmick is where, in three posts I ask 20 questions about each of the WWE, TNA, and the Indies for the fans to answer in the comments if they so choose. Over the next several days, I'll be answering these questions in a series of short posts and addressing some of the better answers. Let's get started with the WWE's 20 Questions.
- Why did the WWE feel it was a good idea to give (arguably) their two dullest workers who each have very limited movesets an hour in an Iron Man Match?
- Matches in feuds are supposed to escalate- are we to assume Iron Man shows more hate than the “barbaric” Hell in a Cell?
- Why have the match be if Cena loses he’s off Raw when we all know unless he’s filming a movie, this means he’ll win?
- How did some people like the terrible, pointless Cena vs. Orton “I Quit” and not love the fast paced, smart, Hell in a Cell?
- Is the lack of blood really that important to people that they felt the whole show was a failure without it?
- Does anyone really believe CM Punk is being de-pushed from the World Title because of the dress code?
- Are Smackdown fans being punished for liking their show too much more than Raw since everything we loved about the show has been watered down in the past month?
- Is Matt Hardy the biggest mark for himself in WWE right now?
- Why does WWE constantly elevate people just to the point of them being considered serious main eventers, then push them down the card?
- How can Dolph Ziggler and John Morrison avoid that fate since they’re soon-to-be stars?
- Seriously, who is working with ECW big men to make them so much better? Dean Malenko is listed as their road agent, but it can’t be him, can it?
- Drew McIntyre and Eric Escobar are the beneficiaries of serious pushes it seems- are either future stars? Which is better?
- Was it smart to essentially leave Legacy off Raw without mention right after their huge Degeneration X match?
- Does the WWE hate money? Why would they give away Degeneration X vs. Jericho and Big Show?
- Why do none of the young guys on Raw get to work programs with guys that can make them better? Swagger has seriously gone from MVP to Kofi Kingston to Primo Colon.
- Miz, after weeks of build, suddenly beats Kofi Kingston for the U.S. Title. This couldn’t have been done right at a Pay Per View why?
- Why is John Cena the only one Orton’s “punt” didn’t injure?
- With all the new stars in the WWE being built up, which are getting overlooked? Which are the best in the ring right now? Is there room for Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness? Where?
- The Rock, in a lackluster promo on Smackdown, still blew away every other face on the roster. Why are WWE’s faces such weak promos?
- Who’s the next to get future endeavored, Tyler Reks, R-Truth, The Great Khali or other?

Well they're the two most over people on their main show so I think it makes sense for them to do the iron man match, I'm actually excited for it! I think since it's No DQ they'll be able to find ways to make it interesting for the full hour

The whole Hell in a Cell pay per view idea was beyond stupid exactly for this reason. It was just like any other match instead of being a blood feud or whatever and it made the match look dumb when before it was like the most brutal feud ending match ever
I think you need to get past the DX vs. Jericho/Big Show thing. You don't even buy the PPV's, and the people who do aren't going to say "oh they had a really fun match on Raw, I sure don't want to pay to see that again." I mean, Rock and Austin at Mania X-7 drew and they had fought dozens of times.

Well for one thing, you need a reason for people to want to see them fight again. Most of the current fans don’t remember what an Ironman match is supposed to look like in the first place, so the idea of Cena and Orton going at it for 60 minutes seems like an exciting match. Also, Cena has now taken to calling his feud with Randy “the best feud ever”, and if you say something enough times it becomes true. Watch: “Shawn Michaels is Mr. Wrestlemania.” Take that Hogan & Andre, Steamboat & Savage and US Express & Sheik/Volkoff. Thankfully, the WWE has made this thing a no-DQ match, which should cover up the fact that all Randy has is the Garvin Stomp and all Cena has is the Five Moves of Mild Frustration.

1. It worked for Rock and Triple H! Also, it's the one gimmick match they have left that neither guy has been in.
2. The feud's not settled yet, despite the Hell In A Cell, and again, this is the gimmick match they have left that isn't played out.
3. It's for the shorties/marks who will buy it! Also, who knows? Maybe Cena goes to Smackdown for a few months before winning the Rumble or something. Did you ever expect Triple H to wind up there?
4. Some people really like Cena in bondage? No accounting for taste. Also, I didn't see the Breaking Point match; maybe you are full of the craps, as Santino might say. I doubt it, but maybe.
5. Some people, apparently. Vampires? Muta scale fetishists?
6. Well, if nothing else, it probably didn't help him win over people who already not crazy about having a guy of his size as world champ. Maybe they were just looking for an excuse? Also, couldn't his attitude about it not have helped. And really, how is that different from him being demoted in
-- a "real" job?
7. Yes. Or Vince thinks he's making it better, like when Stan Lee jammed the Thing doll in to the Batmobile and broke it.
8. When did you become Paul London? Hard to say, at any rate. If nothing else, someone really ought to keep him off the damn internet already.
9. Vince is bored. He likes to toy with people's lives, and he can only re-hire and fire Marty Jannetty so many times.
10. Don't ask Billy Gunn and Albery for advice.
11. Maybe he trains them while on stilts?
12. I've never seen Escobar work. McIntyre doesn't do much for me yet, but he's had all of one serious match on TV. Escobar will have Vickie's heat to help him get over; I see McIntyre being thrown to the wolves pretty quick.
13. Doesn't seem like it, but let's see where it goes.
14. Yeah, I think Jake's got you there. And really, this isn't 1989. I don't think that match draws much more than any other thing they've put on PPV this year, first time or not. Now they can actually build it, with Jer
-icho bitching about the loss and daring DX to do it again without the Steelers helping them out.
15. Who's around to make Swagger look better, though, besides Shawn, who is busy? Bourne's pretty much it, and he's been a JTTS on Raw. WWE and TNA both lack guys who can make everyone look good like Perfect, Flair, Benoit, etc. used to, which is one of the big problems they face with guys like Shawn getting ready to hang it up. That could be a big reason behind hiring Danielson and Nigel.
16. To screw me out of a pick in Pulse's wrestling roundtable.
17. Because he's the last son of Krypton, obviously.
18. Bourne has gone from a highlight to an afterthought. Carlito's going through his bi-annual disappearance. Gail Kim has all but disappeared when she could be feuding with Beth Phoenix or at least making models look good.
19. Could be a lot of things, but it's easier to blame the writers.
20. I'd say other. Maybe Gail or the Burchills, who will become redundant when Nigel debuts.
Also, people who impersonate wrestling personalities in comments sections of wrestling sites should be sterilized. It's the only way to be sure. (Unless it's really funny, or Bizarro Jim Cornette. I love that guy!)

If you want to put over HIAC as the most barbaric match in WWE, the lack of blood does hurt it.

I believe Michael Cole said that the punt wasn't full strength after the match.
