Jeff Hardy’s court case has been delayed once again.
The probable cause hearing, stemming from his September 11 arrest, was postponed until January 27, 2010.
The charges still facing Hardy include:
- Felony possession of cocaine
- Felony drug trafficking of opium
- Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts)
- Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution
- Possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor)
This next (eventual) hearing will be used to determine probable cause regarding whether Hardy committed these crimes and thus send the case to a grand jury. A grand jury would review evidence of the case and decide on indictment of charges. If it gets to that point and Hardy were to be indicted, the case would then move up to a superior court, where he would be tried on the charges.

Honestly, how many times has he postponed the trial?
Why doesn't he just get it over with?
Got something to say?
