CM Punk went from main eventer, world champion, and headlining PPVs to a boring feud with R-Truth. WrestleZone reports that CM Punk is not in WWE's dog house, but I have to disagree. I can't see how this feud represents anything positive for CM Punk.
R-Truth isn't ready for the rub from CM Punk. R-Truth is a mid-carder at best and should be feuding with guys on that level. CM Punk is on the short list of main event talent for SmackDown and should be used accordingly. I know the Undertaker is heading into another direction, but CM Punk could have been used differenttly too. A perfect feud for CM Punk would have been with Kane. It would have been a smooth transition to Kane considering he's Undertaker's "brother" and recently WWE has had the two brothers wrestler together.
WWE can spin this any way they want, but I don't see how this feud is anything other than a punishment for CM Punk. If they truly wanted us to buy their side of the things then they should have had R-Truth eliminate CM Punk at Survivor Series. Instead, CM Punk eliminated R-Truth and nobody even cared.

Dog house? Who knows?
It sure seems like the WWE doesn't know what to do with this guy right now though.
I think fans didn't buy a "tatooed, pierced" guy telling them they were living an unpure life, etc..
I think a rivalry with John Morrison could be interesting.
