Former WCW World Champion Diamond Dallas Page is no stranger to movies. Since he left the WWE years ago, he has appeared in small roles in several movies including Rob Zombie's "House of a 1,000 Corpses" and other genre-driven move. So it's nice to DDP having a chance to make a big bang with a leading role in a dark indie horror movie called 'Black River'.
DDP will not be alone, the immoral Hulk Hogan will join him in the movie.
Here is the synopsis of the movie from IMDB:
A recovering alcoholic reeling from a recent tragedy moves to a small Midwestern town only to find himself at the center of a series of murders that echo a long dormant secret from the town's past.
This is some challenging dramatic material for a wrestlers-turned-actors but let's hope Page and Hogan can pull this off. Check out the teaser trailer that just hit the web in the video on the left.
