Jeff Hardy's court hearing was posteponed until 1/27/10 according to PWInsider.com. This is the second time that Hardy's hearing was postponed. A judge has yet to rule whether or not there's enough evidence to go to trial.
Im not sure when this case will ever be resolved. Im gonna lean toward the side of these delays helping Hardy's case. It gives the defense more time to prepare their case.

Jeff does not need to come back to wwe. Vince needs to learn not to screw his wrestlers over and keep making them wrestlers continue when there hurt. Jeff can stay in TNA, i love watching all the TNA wrestlers on the show.
