Columbus Pro Wrestling Examiner
- Mick Foley will have a cameo on an episode of "Super Dave" that is set to air on Spike.
- Edge is in Australia promoting an upcoming WWE tour. Wonder if anyone will try and correlate with the Hulkamania tour?
- Chris Jericho was feeling the love from fans at London's O2 arena. He was pelted with DX glow sticks and one actually struck him in the face. Jericho would Twitter later "what a way for a grown man to make a living." Well, you are a heel, you are supposed to get heat and you are living a dream a million other people would love to be doing so stop acting like Kevin Nash.
- Sean Mooney has been seen at Titan Towers so either the WWE is looking for a new accountant or he may be coming back as a "broadcaster."
- Jody "The Assassin" Hamilton and his defunct Deep South Wrestling, a promotion the WWE was going to use in conjunction with OVW but was dropped almost immediately by WWE, is still trying to have the breach of contract dispute adjudicated. WWE was given until November 16 to respond to the suit. While WWE felt they were within their contractual rights to shut DSW down, at dispute is whether they followed the guidelines laid out by the contract with Hamilton to do so.
- The TNA Wrestling video game will live on through Southpeak Interactive which purchased the license from THQ. My kids are big wrestling marks and love their wrestling video games but hated the TNA Impact. Hopefully Southpeak will be able to come up with something worth playing.

- And finally, I had an enlightening and entertaining talk with Ivan Koloff. Let us just say that for all he was in the ring and all he was known for, Ivan is a very humble, personable and polite man and it was an honor to speak to him. I will be posting the article and interview possibly Sunday or Monday, I need a couple of days to put everything together solidly and due justice to Ivan.
- And as always, please help support your local independent wrestling scene, they are the heart and soul of the wrestling business.
