- ECW will be re-branded as WWE: NXT for Next Generation. There is a viable NXT promotion already in existence so there may be some litigation down the line.
- Linda McMahon has spent $6.5 million dollars of her own money in her bid for Senate. The total contributions to her campaign are a meager $12,000 and Linda has said she is prepared to spend up to $50 million if need be.
- Chyna will be inducted into the Inoki Federation Hall of Fame in October along with Jushin Thunder Liger, Masahiro Chono and others. Oh, by the way, if you have not heard, Beth Phoenix has said she would love a chance to beat Chyna senseless. Chyna, unfortunately replied that she wants not part of Phoenix.
- Mickie James CD is due March 23 and her first single "Are you with me?" is expected to hit the airwaves on February 16.
- Madison Rayne and Velvet Sky will be featured in an issue of the UK version of FHM magazine.
- My hometown of Indianapolis is in the running for WrestleMania 2012. So far it is second in the voting.
- Sheamus v. Cena. v. Triple H v. Orton v. DiBiase v. Kingston has been announced as the main event for the Elimination Chamber PPV. Kingston belongs there due to storyline but otherwise is in over his head and kills the match.
- Steve Austin will be hosting RAW on march 15 to shill the DVD release of "Damage."
- Kevin Nash is said to be distancing himself from Scott Hall and Sean Waltman who have thunder heat from management already.
- Homicide is not happy with his role in TNA. Homicide has been alluding to all the backstage politicking being one of the reasons he will not be on TV for the next few weeks. Sources close to Homicide have said he is looking for a way out.
- There are reports that several TNA workers have been sending out feelers to the WWE about a job even if it means going to developmental first.

- John Cena's next movie "Brother's Keeper" is close to finished and headed to post production. The movie is expected to hit theaters this summer.
- Rumors are starting about why The Rock is so interested in returning to the WWE is due to his latest round of movies not doing well. The Rock made three fairly successful action movies before moving on to family friendly films which are doing fair to middling at the box office. The Rock reportedly gets close to $10 million per film and had a chance at a great career as an action hero but chose to explore other options which have not panned out well. Do not look for The Rock to return to wrestling full time but he may do more action films in the future.
- Hoosier Pro Wrestling presents "February Fall Out" this Saturday, February 6, in Columbus, Indiana at the fairgrounds 4-H building. The High Rollers (TJ Powers&Ronnie Vegas) battle Cruel Intentions for the tag straps on top. You can learn more here.
