An “E” has been added to the stock trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board market for Menlo Park’s Solar EnerTech Corp. (SOENE), a solar cell manufacturer, due to a delay in the filing of its Form 10Q-SB for the quarter ending June 30, 2007.

The delay is due to a review that has uncovered incorrect accounting for stock-based compensation and derivative financial instruments, the company said in a statement. An amended form will be filed.
