Stanford Summer Theater’s Africa Onstage presents its free African film series, an eight-Monday showcase exploring African history and culture through cinema. “A Dry White Season,” directed by Euzhan Palcy and featuring Marlon Brando, leads things off. Screenings are at 7 p.m. in Cubberley Auditorium, School of Education, Stanford University, Stanford. Admission is free.
