WASHINGTON -

District-based 3rd & Eats and culinary training center on Tuesday announced it is rebranding its restaurant and expanding its catering operation under the name New Course Restaurants & Catering.

New Course is now working with the District office of Concept Group USA on a rebranding strategy and expansion.
