WASHINGTON -

The National Zoo is planning an Earth Day celebration Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon. Zoo officials are looking for volunteers to help plant 1,000 native sapling trees. Officials also will hand out packets of seeds and lead talks about making eco-friendly choices.
