Blue Water Media, a District-based Web development company, launched the Web site for new luxury condominiums opening in Uptown New Orleans.

The Web site for NOLA Development — www.noladevelopment.com — contains representations of the new condos.

It uses Flash technology to give a five-minute tour of the site and display floor plans.
