A Sykesville woman was charged with driving under the influence after bouncing her car off an embankment into two vehicles in a driveway across the street, Carroll’s sheriff’s office said.

Nicole Duval, 20, was attempting a U-turn in her silver 2005 Ford Focus at about 9:20 p.m. when she struck the embankment near Route 26 and Walnut Avenue, sheriff’s office spokesman Lt. Phil Kasten said.
