“Serving as the public works director is a great job because I can have a tangible positive impact in the community.” Occupation City engineer Home San Carlos Achievement Weil will become public works director and city engineer for San Carlos on Sept. 2. He joins San Carlos after serving in the same position for American Canyon. Weil was also executive assistant at the Maritime Homeland Security Division of the U.S. Coast Guard in Alameda. |
