Howard County -

Children On Board, a free annual preschool and child care information fair, is being held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 5000 Signal Bell Lane in Clarksville.

Representatives from community service organizations that provide programs and services to Howard’s children will be available, according to a news release.

The new 2008 Early Childhood Education Guide will be distributed free to all participants.
