Juniper Networks, Charles Schwab fall
SAN FRANCISCO -

Juniper Networks Inc. (JNPR) had fallen more than 13.s percent Friday shortly after the close of the markets, the largest move seen among local stocks tracked by The Examiner.

San Francisco-based Charles Schwab Corp. (SCHW) also fell, by more than 5 percent, while Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) rose by more than 4.8 percent and PG&E Corp. (PCG) rose by more than 1.6 percent.

The markets closed down overall Friday, with the Dow Jones and Nasdaq both falling by more than 1.9 percent, and the S&P 500 losing more than 1.3 percent.

Companies in the news included Schwab, which is expected to report its earnings next week.
