Photo shows JFK surrounded by naked women -- does is matter?

TMZ has obtained a copy of a never-before published photograph that seems to show John F Kennedy on a boat surrounded by naked women.
The gossip site had several experts look at the photo and all of them "say there is no evidence the picture was Photoshopped."
Although there's no way to know for certain exactly when the picture was actually taken, it is well-known that then-Sen Kennedy took a two-week boating trip with his brother Ted Kennedy.
A man who owned a car dealership apparently kept the photograph in a drawer for years.
TMZ says the photograph "could have torpedoed" Kennedy's presidential candidacy "and changed world history."
The question is, for better or worse? Was Kennedy any less of an effective leader because he was a philanderer? Doesn't seem like sleeping around hindered his ability to address the most significant issue of his presidency, the Cuban Missile Crisis. Can people with moral improprieties still be effective at their jobs? Should we choose the less qualified over the more capable because of a particular moral issue? How many of you answering that question have also cheated on your spouse?

No it no longer matters, and if you have ever seen the movie "The Rat Pack", this photo is nothing compared to his relationship with Monroe and others.
It probably would have matter had he won The Masters or if Jackie smacked him with a nine iron after the boat trip.
Later my friend....
