With androids and holograms as back up dancers as well as working elevators that launch them onto the stage it's easy to imagine that the Black Eyed Peas world tour titled after their album, The E.N.D. (acronym representing the phrase: the Energy Never Dies) delivers on its promise of unending energy and high stakes antics.  Recently in an pre-show interview in Saint Paul Minnesota with the Pioneer Press Pea member and rapper Taboo expounded on the details of the live show.

"In previous years, we've always relied on raw energy to win over the crowds, and we've done fairly well. This tour is our biggest production to date, with the biggest stage we've ever had," Taboo explained and continued, "We have elevators that shoot us up onto the stage and there are LED screens, lasers and smoke machines. It's an experience, it's a spectacle."

And as entertaining as that sounds, perhaps the most heart stopping moment is when Taboo takes the spotlight for a high risk solo.  He told Ross Raihala of the Pioneer Press, "I ride a flying motorcycle 50 or 60 feet above the crowd. It's very tricked out, because I wasn't afraid to push the envelope when it came to my solo. I'm paying homage to 'Tron.' And my outfit kind of resembles 'Tron'." He went on to describe the outfit he wears for that ride which is fashioned with strips of lighting that won't light up if it isn't put on with the utmost of care, thus ruining the effect of the high flying stunt.

If you're a die hard BEP fan and it's not enough just to hear about the tricked out show it's not too late to grab a pair of tickets and catch them on the road with Ludacris and LMFAO.  You can also check back here for live coverage and exclusive photos of the The E.N.D. tour when it hits Denver next Saturday.  You can find a complete list of the remaining tour dates and cities at  blackeyedpeas.com.
